You are welcome to request an early check-in. When your booking is confirmed you will have access to a Boarding Pass, where you can request an early check-in. While we do our best to accommodate an early check-in for our guests, in the event that we are unable to accommodate your request, you will be notified.

While we do our best to accommodate a late check-out for our guests, in the event that we are unable to accommodate your request, you will be notified.

Every Apartment has their own dedicated off-street car park. Information on your car park is available on your Boarding Pass prior to check-in. Can I have more than one car park? On some of our Apartments you can request additional car parks, and if available we may be able to accommodate. An additional parking fee may apply.

All Apartments at Stay Coastal have free fast Wifi.

Yes, every Apartment at Stay Coastal has Air Conditioning.

The warmest months are December, January and February, and the coldest months are June, July and August. In summer, the average maximum temperature ranges between 20 – 30ºC and in winter between 10 – 15ºC

We know accidents may happen. This covers any property damage that occurred during your stay. You choose between two options: Security Deposit – Pay a larger fee that is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card company. Damage Waiver – Pay a smaller fee that is non-refundable

We have a strict policy of no parties. You are welcome to have friends over during your stay, but we ask that they leave by 10pm.
